I'd assume that if someone signs on to EDI, they do that to benefit every human being. I understand the need to promote signing up for EDI cards, but if you open a door to making conditions for donating organs, you may end up in very dark alleys of human bigotry and misconceptions, and create a load of problems for the family and the doctors.
