It’s very simple:
“Debka” has the tendency to first shoot and then check who was hit.
If they missed then you would not hear a single word about it…if they hit then they’ll quickly pain a circle around it, and make big song and dance how they hit the target dead centre again.
I don’t thing that this practice reduces their credibility. Many journalists, not to mention politicians, use this practice all the time.
