Let's say China has an emperor, with a certain length of nose. You wish to know the length of his nose. No-one sees the emperor, except for his closest advisors. Will you:
a. ask all the people in all of China what they think the length of the emperor's nose, and average over their answers?
b. make a wild-ass guess?
c. take LSD, connect with your inner holy-spirit-totem-undying-whatnot, and ask it?
d. get interviews with some of the Emperor's advisors, and ask them, then average over their answers?
e. do all of the above?
