I agree with what was said by Esti.

Although the ideal would be to apply what the writer desbribes as the re-education of the Palastenians it is most certain to fail if only due to the point we have so far reached which can be described as "too late" for that

The other side hates us too much for us to introduce such revolutionary concepts successfully and with the support of the majority of the Palastenian people

While we would have loved to see the current leadership replaced with a more pragmatic realistic one we certainly cannot do much but to paitently wait. Proactive attempts will only drive us deeper in the mud (see the Lebanon example)

What we can and should proactively do is to evacuate most of the settlements - not as a gift and not as a sign of weakness(although it may perceived this way on the other side). This is important to us from almost any point of view - It only adds to our burden and depletes our resources. I cannot see anything good coming from staying there (leaving religous aspects aside)

With that, and after the evacuation, we should continue to "search and destroy" those involved in Terror but to widen the circle of attack to those involved in its education, design and execution. There is no other choice here.

As for a seperating wall - It may at least minimize suiciders success from one side and stolen cars from the other.
